I’ve been in a bit of a slump lately. Between job-hunting, poetry and prose submissions, and other personal afflictions, I would say it’s rather a headache of waiting. As impatient as I am, I’m sad to see that some literary magazines aren’t accepting submissions until the new year, while others I am impatiently pining for – constantly refreshing my inbox for the slightest sight of a “yay” or “nay”.
So, in order to remedy a good majority of these nagging feelings, I’ve come up with an idea for a new literary webzine or journal, specifically focusing on fantasy/fairy tale prose and poetry. It would be called Fair Folk, and the empty bare-bones of it can be found here.
Before I go on typing up a bio and submission guidelines, would anyone be up for it as a supporter or potential submitter?
